The base line will inform the customer "where they are right now" which is the starting point to understanding "where you want to be" and what it will cost. This is the right product for a client who wishes to evaluate the costs associated with improving their ranking in order to decide what to do next. The baseline is part of all our Search Engine Optimization programs. If the client chooses one of the SEO packages below, the cost of the baseline will be deducted.

Not all search engine visibility goals can be achieved through the fixed programs listed above. For complex websites with many markets or products we recommend a custom approach to SEO. Please contact your ScreenDreamer representative and arrange for a consultation and estimate.

* - Implementation of website changes requires either ScreenDreamer access to the website content and HTML code or the client's timely implementation of ScreenDreamer's documented recommendations in order to keep the project on track and get the best results.
** - Programs include the implementation of changes for the number of pages specified by the program. Content is to be supplied by the customer but will be reworked by ScreenDreamer with recommended changes designed to achieve SEO goals. ScreenDreamer's staff can write content for customers billing hourly for this service.
*** - Programs include a fixed amount of time for monthly adjustments to tags, meta tags, and site content as required to maintain the best ranking possible. It is possible that unforeseen issues like changes in search engine algorithms or competitive website optimization can dramatically effect ranking and require work in addition to the fixed amount included in this program to restore ranking. In the event that this were to occur, ScreenDreamer will provide the customer with an estimate of the additional work required to restore ranking.

Critical Success Factors:

1. Access to web logs. ScreenDreamer will require the ability to analyze the customer's website traffic directly using approved statistical software. In the case where the customer's website resides on ScreenDreamer's web server, statistical software will be provided and access will not involve the client. In cases where the client's website resides on the client's server or a third party server, access to the IIS or visitor logs or approved (by ScreenDreamer) software will be required.
2. Access to website. Success of the program requires complete and timely execution of the "Optimization Strategy" including all customer approved website modifications. In the case where the website is hosted by ScreenDreamer access will not be an issue. In the case where the website is hosted by the client or a third party, granting ScreenDreamer FTP access to the website will ensure access. This approach is strongly recommended as it will lower program costs, eliminate redundant communication and give ScreenDreamer the responsibility of keeping the program on track. If the client wishes to execute the website modifications, they must be made in entirety and in a timely manner.
3. ScreenDreamer will make every effort to keep the program on track and will invoice the customer monthly according to this agreement.
4. The client will provide a focal point or "champion" to keep the project on track.
